To become a member of Northern Tablelands Orienteering Club you first need to become a member of Orienteering NSW, the peak body for orienteering in New South Wales. The way this works is that you pay an annual membership fee to Orienteering NSW and then nominate a club of your choice to belong to. A list of clubs can be viewed here.

All memberships include the option to receive a hard copy of the national magazine "The Australian Orienteer", weekly ONSW news Bulletins, discounted event fees, and eligibility to compete for NSW Orienteer of the Year.
Alternatively you can simply register as a Casual Orienteer for no charge.
